Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 lb Chicken breast Boneless skinless
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Dried
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh washed
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Full-fat
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts, season them with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped onions. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  • Add the fresh spinach and let it wilt into the sauce. Stir well to combine.
  • Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over them. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
  • Serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread, and enjoy your delicious Creamy Tuscan Chicken!
